We’ve made arranging for a pick up from NZ couriers super easy to get your cases delivered in the fastest possible time.
All you need to do is ensure each case is packed securely, with the printed consignment label attached, and ready for pickup. A fee of $17.50 + GST will be charged if the case is not ready on the driver’s arrival or where the parcel doesn’t have the printed consignment note.

2. Fill out the pick-up form
3. Print the connote label & manifest
4. Pack, attach the connote, and include the manifest
You can either book through this page or by logging into MySCD. Make sure you have your SCD account number and practice phone number on hand. Please note, you won’t be able to call New Zealand Couriers to arrange a pick-up.
Once you’ve arranged your pick-up online, you’ll receive a consignment note via email. Simply print this off and attach it to your parcel.
Not a problem! You’ll be able to amend your email and/or pick-up address to one that suits you.
You are no longer able to call New Zealand Couriers for your pick-ups. All your delivery arrangements have to be made online.

Yes. SCD boxes may be reused for returning models to our lab, provided they are in good condition and offer adequate protection.
Small items should be placed in autoclave bags where possible and clearly labelled with your name and job number using indelible ink.
Please pack models securely in sturdy boxes to minimise the risk of breakage. Take extra care with impressions, especially those with posts, cores, or implants, and ensure they are well protected during transit.
