Customer Solutions Administrator

Location: Grafton, Auckland, New Zealand
Employment type: Full Time

We are currently on the lookout for a Customer Solutions Administrator that is customer focused and a team player to join our close-knit Operations team based in Auckland.

No two days are the same, however, a typical day would be:

  • Providing high quality customer service in answering all incoming calls, emails, queries, appointment setting for our New Zealand brands Southern Cross Dental NZ and Precision Dental Laboratory.
  • Processing and maintaining all cases using our inhouse operations system. This includes scanning/uploading lab sheets, updating notifications, booking cases and other information relating to dental cases.
  • Performing general administration duties and supporting the Operations Manager and Office Supervisor as required.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing of all cases, that includes data entry, decontamination, booking couriers and packing cases.
