Overview
We accept digital impressions from any intraoral scanning system capable of producing 3D images in a stereolithography (STL) file format. If you’re unsure whether your scanner can produce STL files, contact the provider or manufacturer for clarification. We accept scans from other scanners through the MySCD portal.
Please note: To submit digital scan files for TrioClear® aligners, please log in to the TrioClear® submission portal and upload the file directly.

If you have issues, please contact your Shining 3D Dental representative. Alternatively, export scans in STL format, and upload them to your SCD Portal.
