Digital Rebate – iTero™ Overview
We’ve been processing Digital Impressions from iTero™ since we first started offering computer aided design services in 2011.
To establish a connection between your iTero™ Intraoral Scanner and our lab, simply request it from your scanner provider or the local AlignTech or Invisalign® Australia representative.
Or simply give us your SCD account number and we’ll request it on your behalf. If you’re not yet a SCD customer, just give us your contact details and we’ll sort it out for you.

Getting Started
Once the connection has been created, here’s what you need to do:
- Please contact us at nzdigital@scdlab.com to connect to your local representative and set up a link connection. This needs to be established before scans can be sent to our lab.
- Once this connection is created, please follow the general steps below to send iTero scans:
- Fill out the iTero™ lab form (Rx). In the “Ship To” field, select Southern Cross Dental.
- Advise us on iTero™ notes that you’ve uploaded a lab form to your portal so we don’t miss it.
- Perform scanning on your iTero™ machine.
- Review the scan.
- Send it to us.
